She is an UTAU singer and she is voiced by oliesan.

Working on a new voicebank called MAO (vcv).
Released Orestes Matsuo CV0.2 (ACT 2 CV)
Download links are going to be posted in an update soon for the new voicebank.
It's going to be released in both hirigana and romaji so all can use her.
There will be a tutorial uploaded for how to use, and extra information in the readme for optional settings.
So Orestes Matsuo CV0.2 is recorded in my natural voice and it's strong. It's good with all songs, but it hasn't been aliased completely yet. Please forgive me ><
